Welcome to See Designs (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site for lawful purposes only, and not reproduce any part of the website without written consent. We reserve the right to terminate access in case of fraudulent activity.

2. Payment Policy

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are recommended for faster processing. We are not liable for transaction declines due to bank limits.

COD Policy: COD orders may include non-refundable charges. Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restriction from using this service in the future.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 5–7 working days via partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and DTDC. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unforeseen strikes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing info@seedesigns.in. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment mode within 5–7 working days.
If a product has been shipped, the amount cannot be refunded, and shipping charges may be deducted.

6. Returns & Product Issues

Returns are generally not accepted unless the item is wrong, damaged, defective, or missing. A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any such claims. Without this video, claims will not be entertained.

7. Product Information & Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, or finishing may occur due to lighting or screen settings. These minor variations do not qualify as defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

See Designs is not liable for delivery delays beyond our control or loss after confirmed delivery. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
